On Tuesday 6 May, members of the Euroa Garden Club enjoyed their day out visiting Como Historic House and Gardens, the Royal Botanical Gardens and Heide Museum of Modern Art.

The group arrived at Como House at 10.30 am and their guide, Justin, met them at the front gates. He gave a very interesting commentary on the history of the lives of the occupants who had lived there in the late 1800's. A walk around the gardens and a chat with the gardener ended an enjoyable visit.

Members then went to the very picturesque Royal Botanical Gardens for lunch, followed by a quick stroll around the many different areas. Shopping in the gift shop was also enjoyed by all. Finally they made their way to Heide Cafe for a cup of tea or coffee and a wander around before their happy trip home.
